Roberto Gutierrez, was very informative, friendly, an very thorough. Walked the property with me , answered all my questions..cleaned all the eves, sprayed and set traps.. would be great of he was my regular maintence guy ... ***I give him *6 Stars..

He finally came at 3 and checked for traps in the attic in the garage and then said he would do the treatment on the outside He was gone in 10 minutes. I assume I was treated all around the outside. I did not see him in my back yard. A nice technician who endured my dismay in trying to reach your office by phone for hours. The alert that I was to be treated came early this morning which prevented me from leaving my house since I have to release the gate from my land line. A window of time would be greatly appreciated. There was no one to take my call at your office after several tries. Missed the bank and post office
