Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

Dillon was fantastic, personable, and handled all my questions and concerns. Thank you Dillon!!!
The technician arrived at 11:30am when I had specifically requested they arrive between 1-3pm because I had client meetings before then. When I explained that to the technician, he indicated he could request a reschedule, rather than offering to come back at the time I requested. I asked him to go ahead and to the work, but could not tell if he treated all of the areas that were supposed to be treated because I was busy with work. The outside foundation at the back of the house does not look treated to me, and neither does the basement.
Our tech today was very nice and professional! He was very informative and answered all of my questions. Thank you!
Robert arrived on time and was friendly, a good communicator, and a good listener. He did the job efficiently and took time to explain the best way to use our new service. I hope to have him back to perform the future services.

Keaton was great. Very knowledgeable and respectful of our property. He did everything he possibly could to help eradicate our wasp and spider problem. - please note that the "wow" link was broken and so I could not fill out his $5 bonus review. He definitely deserves it!

Aptive is very professional and efficient. I love the quality of service and the technicians are capable, knowledgeable and helpful.
Our tech called to let us know he was on the way, which was within the time we were told he would come.. That alone was enough for a 5 star rating. He also did a very thorough job after coming to the door to let us know he was there and to ask if we had any special needs.
When we were first notified when our appointment was, I called to let them know that that wasn't a good time. The person immediately asked when would be a good time and then made that happen. We got emailed notification of this as well. This is a major improvement for Aptive. We'll keep having you back.
