ALL THREE OF THE TECH'S I HAVE DEALT WITH, SINCE MY INITIAL SERVICE, SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. IM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE SO FAR. THEN TOO, THEY DO NOT JUST AUTOMATICALLY RUN YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY CHECK WITH YOU FIRST AND ITS EASY TO RESCHEDULE. I NEEDED TO PUSH MY DATE BACK A WEEK DUE TO MY FUNDS AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HESITATE OR ASK QUESTIONS. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Young man came to door, asked if needed anything special, advised him that yard treatment did not seem to have worked at last appointment. He said he would redo and the next thing I knew the truck was gone, didn't advise me that he was done. While I really didn't measure the time he took, it seemed like too short to do things I was promised would be done every time. I guess i need to follow the guy next time.

Pedro was very detailed and ensured that we understood what the treatment entailed and how it would even affect those around us. He also performed his work and it was very evident that he enjoyed what he did versus just another home to spray.

Did not close the gate to the back yard. This is very important because we have a swimming pool there. I even told him as he left to close the gate. If he had a problem closing it, he should of come back and told me. I was not pleased with his attitude in general,

Missed two large dirt dopper nests. The dirt doppers were the reason for the service request. Very disappointed.
