Excellent service done by Jason Trocchia.
He was very professional and respectful.
He was very prompt at arriving on time as well as courteous. Kyle inquired about issues I was having with bugs outside and helped spray inside the crawlspace door where black widows have built several spider webs as well as around in the front yard where the red fire ants are living in the tree around the little mound; as well as took care of his other spraying and webstering around the outside too. He'd let me know if I need inside sprayed, they can come back once I make an appointment, but I don't have any problems inside.

Terae , our technician, did a great job at our home on Tues. afternoon, July 21, 2030. He is always very helpful and polite. He listened to our concerns and followed through with the service on a very hot day. He has been to our home twice and has been the best.
Unfortunately, we are giving the Aptive Co. a very poor rating because of their poor customer service on the phone: on 7-17-20, I waited 28 1/2 minutes on hold in order to set up the appointment for service (Adrian finally took the call and then put me on hold again!). George was awesome! The service he provides is top notch. He answered all questions that I had and is very knowledgeable. Will request him again.
My technician was awesome! He even happily did a last minute interior spray when I was unable to get a hold of a company representative to scheduled it. He was quick and efficient and friendly.
