I recently switched pest control services for Aptive and am very happy with the service so far. They did the initial spray and came back later after 30 days to complete another spray as promised. My technician America does a great job, always lets me know he has arrived and doesn't rush through the job. I am very happy with the service so far and looking forward to a long business relationship with Aprive.

Aptive has provided two service visits for me in the space of three months. Every person I have interacted with (the salesperson and all technicians) have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me. Both time the service technicians were here, they let me know what they were here to look at/address and asked if I had questions. All of my questions were addressed thoroughly and well. They've always made it a point to ask me about pets before treatment, and to ask if there are any special plants or areas I want avoided.
