Kyle, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him what my problem was and he took care of it. Kyle was also right on time.
While Carlos was very good and professional and treated for insects it wasnt what we had asked for. We had said that we had rodents in our ceiling areas and he was unaware of what the previous technician had done and was not prepared to help in that area. I don’t see this as an issue with Carlos but if the parent company and it’s practices. When we signed up we included rodents on our issues list and now after one visit it seems that has been forgotten. Please follow up as to what your sales people commit you too versus what you are actually doing. I chose to leave this here versus on Facebook. Dane was most thorough with his investigation and treatment and could not have been more kind! He regretted that his arrival was surprising us with late afternoon. It had been rescheduled by admin staff from a morning slot we'd chosen for yesterday, but added into his schedule today, marked only as "anytime". We assumed AM still today when rescheduled, since no one checked in with us otherwise. We recognize the challenges of coordinating so many properties for lots of field agents, but timing is one of the primary customer needs within all of those moving parts.
