Technician is timely, courteous and personable. Did a very thorough re-treatment.
Incoming calls still needs improvement. The wait is more than 7 minutes, it used to be so swift and accessible.
Agent on line however was very efficient, courteous.
It seems that the staffing retained their excellence in service, but the company’s handling of incoming calls has taken an inferior step which may lose clients if this persists.
Very surprised at the detail and service that was provided by Charles today! I have been with a competitor for 12 years and Aptive impressed me on the first visit by sweeping and spraying all the upper eaves for spider webs and wasp nest. Charles was professional, informative, detailed and oriented to my home spaces rather quickly.
I'm horrible with names but David and the other guy did Great!!
Devin Elliott was our technician for our Aptive service. He covered all areas of concern in his treatment, and did a thorough job. He was polite, friendly, and professional!
Efficient and personable. Quick to complete the task at hand and a job done very well.
This guy needs more training in communication skills and giving good customer service. This guy didn’t like it if u tell him to do something or he missed a spot to clean
This technician spent less than ten minutes on my property. I'm home, I had all my blinds up, and didn't see him through even one window... I did see him on my front porch maybe a half a second (there were cobwebs in the eves, last time they brushed those off... no such luck this time) I really hope I'm wrong, but it didn't seem like he did much. The first time someone was out here, the guy was here for 30 minutes. I really wish he would have just gotten the perimeter of my property; I have a lot of trouble with cobwebs and bugs there. Steven came to my house on 7-23-2020. Steven was very professional. He did everything he was supposed to do. He even knocked down all the spider webs on the fence without being asked to. In the past when I have asked previous Aptive employees to do this, they said they do not do that. Also he apologized for Aptive never informing me that today was my quarterly.
She was very through. Plesant and professional. She outlined her plan and executed it. I would love to have her back.
Jesse Gorsek texted me when he was running late which I appreciated. He could not set up a bait box as he had used the last one previously. Stated he will have one delivered with the follow up service.
