Travis was prompt and friendly. He listened to my questions and answered thoughtfully. I had a spider problem on my deck and an ant problem around my firepit - he paid special attention to those and took the extra time to get the webs out of the corners of the baseboard along my porch.
Thank you! I didn't see your email as it went to my "junk" folder. I was told the whole yard would be sprayed as well - is that the case?
Omar did a great job. He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, asked about whether we had a vegetable garden that he would need to avoid.
Let me start with how I was fortunate to get Anthony!
I signed on with your company and was told a tech would be at my home between 4 and 8 pm to perform the service. Come 8 pm, no one has shown up and I'm outside talking to my neighbor. One of your trucks are up the street and I waved him down along with the young man who signed me.
Anthony said I wasn't on his schedule and he was done for the night. They called in to find out where my tech was and was told that I cancelled and was going to reschedule.
