The technician was polite, informed and professional. He explained what he was doing etc. All was great.
The men working on the yard were polite and helpful. But I found out they were not treating the yard for fleas and ticks as was the contract with the sales person to start. So they applied to lawn when they hears the mistake.

I was told I would be notified when the technician would be arriving at my home so I could be there. I was given a a 4 hour window, but had to run out for a few minutes thinking I would get a call or text when the tech was on his way so I could be back home and meet him. I only received a call after the service was done. One of the reasons I signed up was because I was told you would do inside the garage and the basement as part of my service. I literally just signed up this morning as a a customer. This is not a good way to treat a brand new customer!
Nico was very professional. He was patient and listened to our concerns. He was also very diligent in addressing our problem areas.
He is always polite and asks me just what I need and asks me if I want more.
