Very polite and helpful. Great attitude! He did a thorough job of applying deterrent around the outside of the house.
I asked Anthony to also spray along the rocks close to the pool and the patio. He went back to the backyard and did everything I asked without hesitation. He was very personable and a very good advocate representative for Aptive Pest Control. Great Job Anthony!
Kevin did a great job treating our home. He wanted to make sure all questions were answered and provided great customer service!
I see no evidence that he was here. We were home and there also was no tag on the lawn. Also we have bees drilling into our deck which were supposed to be treated.
I am so far not happy with the service. I relative my garage has a lot of stuff but all my neighbors with pest service spray the ceilings of the garage and I am still seeing bugs. So am I impressed with your company so far not really. Your sales person was not upfront about what you do. Just not feeling good about your company and no wonder you get high scores it would not let me choose anything other than 5. So frustrated!!!!
He was very professional, courteous friendly and respectful. He explained his process and walked through my home and completed his job properly.

The technician called me and let me know that his previous job was taking him a little longer than anticipated, and that he would be a few minutes later than my scheduled appointment time, and asked if that was acceptable, or did I want to reschedule. I told him that was fine and to just let me know a few minutes before he got here so that I oould lock my two dogs inside the house for his protection. He sent me a text when he was 5 minutes out just like we had agreed to. Once here, he came up and introduced himself as Josh Sharp. Josh did a very thorough job applying the insecticide. Very nice and listened to my concerns about the ants in front. He went right to work and did a good job.👍
Ernie weaver was very kind and professional. He work fast and was very thorough. He made sure to ask if I was having any problem areas so he could make sure they got sprayed.
