We want to say that our technician Kevin was great and very knowledgeable. We still have ants today but he reads us that he would come back and work on getting rid of them again!! That made me feel good when he was at our home on july 22nd. So today I reached out for him to come back like ge told us he would !!

I’m very unhappy with the services done on July 24, he said he did the spider webs and obviously did not since I came home and there everywhere, I was also charged for the month follow up and when I signed up he said the follow up service would be at no charge!! I called customer service the girl was in a hurry to not answer my questions, argue with me then she transferred me!!!!! Horrible service horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t believe I just received a “completed job summary “ from you for the retreat that was scheduled for Saturday morning between 8 and 12 which you failed to make. You then send me an email telling me you’ve moved the appointment to between 11 and 3. Once again, no one shows up. We had to cancel all planned activities for that day to wait on you without a single phone call or email letting us know you would not be able to make it. You then send me this job summary telling me what chemicals were used and how much. There is even technician notes detailing where all he sprayed. Unbelievable!!

So far the job seems well done. But on Sunday I saw my first Black ant on the bathroom floor. But he did do a good job from what I could see outside.

All I know is that a week after the treatment I have hundreds of sugar ants all over my kitchen 6 foot window sill.
