The technician that sprayed my house was very helpful and informative. I was very pleased with his work and thankful for his knowledge.
I am not pleased at all. You showed up, but I feel you did the bare minimum. There are still cobwebs around my home, my husband observed you spraying a minimum of product on 3 places beside our house, then you didn't replace the board you moved. When you were done outside, you were supposed to come inside and check for fleas. I vacuumed, as instructed, came out to see how things were going about 30 minutes later and you were gone. I could have vacuumed before you got there, but there was no call ahead to tell me "hey, I'll be there in 15 minutes ". I redid my lawn and bombed the inside of my house myself after you left. Nice guy, but did not replace all the bug motels, and we asked him to; nor put the "powder" where our Scorpions and roaches appear. A few days later there was a good size Scorpion crawling on one of our bedroom walls. I killed it myself, using Home Depot Scorpion killer. Although not Loren, the FIRST time, but this is the second time our service was incomplete, and seemed to be hurried with. We have 3 year old grandchildren, and have over the last several months have called for help with the re-occurring Scorpions -- and yes we know that nothing is perfect -- but it would seem that it can be greatly reduced. We are thinking very seriously about changing Pest services -- or just doing it o...Read More
The technician did not clean the cobwebs from the house as thoroughly as previous technicians. He did not service the swimming pool surroundings as had been done previously. My husband specifically asked for treatment inside the pool fence and the technician refused.
George did a great job. I communicated with him how to get to the back deck, because the path was a bit hidden.
