This was the second time Thomas has come to my home. He is the most polite technician at Aptive. He has a positive attitude, a wonderful smile when you greet him at the door, always neat and clean. Has never sprayed my windows as the other technicians have. He remembered the requests he did the last time he was here and offered a few new ones due to the high heat we have been having. If possible, I would have him come out every time. Thank you for a wonderful job, Thomas.

William was very professional and personable & listened carefully to my husband's specific requests and followed up at the end to make sure there wasn't anything else that was needed.
