This is my third treatment, so I was just billed again the other day. However I still see ants, spiders (in which my little sister so graciously picked everyone up and put back outside) beetles (in which I have a video of) spiderwebs are everywhere and ants are a big problem. I am on hold with them now in hopes that someone answers and addresses my concerns ASAP!

I was supposed to receive a text when the tech was on the way... it says on my receipt that he treated base boards but I was not home at the time the home was treated so that didn’t happen. I was also supposed to receive treatment for fleas/ticks, that is also not listed as being completed. I called to try to see what would be done about this and wait times are obnoxious to get with anyone... I’d like someone to reach out to me as soon as possible to either finish the treatment that was promised to me or we can terminate the agreement.
