Very professional and knowledgeable service representative..
Took the time to explain the problem of silver fish in layman’s language which I could understand-

Sergio did an excellent job in re-servicing my home. I like that he explains exactly what he will do to resolve any insect issue, I am having, in and around my home. He is very thorough.
He did a good job and we were very thankful for him to do his job as well as he did. I would love if he could continue to come back
Philip Washington was very courteous an polite. He explained to me about bugs and trees due to wetness or dryness.
Please remember that if a yard has a Closed fence - To leave that fence closed after application. I have a fence for a reason but after the application the gate was left open without me knowing and all three of my dogs got loose in the neighborhood.
Not impressed. Got an email and text that someone would be out today but never a time. And waited on hold for over an hour when I called to figure it out. And they said the time frame was 1-5pm. But yet they also said that they “had already come by at 10am”. That doesn’t add up. Get your shit straight, and let you customers know when the appointment is considering you make these appointments without my agreement.
Delana came back to do the 30 day check up. Very professional and courteous. She did such a great job on the first time, we've not seen any signs of insects since! Thanks!
Curtis did an excellent job. We haven't had any problems with bugs since we started your service. Even the spider webs outside are taken care of.
John and Cory were very courteous, professional and friendly. I shared with them all my concerns and they promptly addressed them without hesitation. I feel so much more comfortable knowing that Aptive and their technicians took care of our pest problems so our family can live comfortably without worrying about getting stung by a scorpion or wasp. Thank You Cory and John, you guys are awesome! :0)
Roderegious Fields was excellent and was very professional and very informative. He patiently explained his procedure and talked about how he really like what he does.
