I am sure the outside was done properly but the inside was not done. I waited all day so the inside could be done, Can someone come back on monday to spray the inside please thanks

Wyatt was the only technician of Three that managed to properly do his job. The other two did a slap dash job, and just killed my plantings. I’m not impressed at all with your company. I’m just about ready to cancel my service. Brenda Scharlau

The service man replaced the mouse trap and did outside service. Maybe garage? not sure. I did not know when the service was done. He just left driving his truck without any comment, report, explanation or requiring my signature, confirm. No face mask, No shoes cover, No ladder.

Surprisingly fast. I did not watch to see if he did all the foundation but I did see him working in the back of the house. I have a question, and most likely just my misunderstanding; I thought the entire yard was to be treated as well. I apologize if I got it wrong, but I did not see him do any of the yard.

Travis was very friendly and informative. He did a great job, even letting me know he was leaving when it started raining and wouldn't be able to complete our service and the necessary steps for me to take.

Glad to know that ants and ddigger wasps were treated. However, we have a lot of bugs inside the house now (centipede, silverfish, etc) and we asked the technician to spray in our basement and in our bathrooms. But He did not do that. Is it Aptive policy for technicians not to enter the house even when there are pests.

This young man did an exceptional job inspecting and determining my needs for pest control. Most current issues were ants & flying spiders. It has been a long time since the inside of my house has been sprayed, but under our current circumstances, now is not the time.
