I’m trying to give a one star but I’m not able to do it. Chris Avila did his job and have no complaints about his work performance or ethics. I’m very upset with the service that it is provided, example: it took me 25 minutes to get ahold of a representative on the phone. The second time I waited 20 minutes and waiting for a call from a representative, which took 4 hour to return the call. I cannot continue with this bad service, I give a one star rating

I was told that my initial service would only be $49 + $25 for the mice control. The technician told me to wait on the mice control so my initial service would only be $49. I was charged $49 then got a separate bill for $59.16 because I was charged $99 plus tax. I’m currently waiting for customer service to answer my call because this is ridiculous. I signed a paper that said there would be a $200 discount.
Freddie Parks did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us some tips on getting rid of some gnats we had been seeing lately. He was also friendly and respectful. I was very pleased and impressed with his service.

I was so happy with our technician! He was friendly, polite and very efficient .He sprayed all the areas that I asked him to give extra attention and took it upon himself to get to other troubled areas that I was not aware of!!!!
