The technician took care of all my requests, he was thorough and knowledgeable .

The technician did a great job. He sprayed both the inside and outside.
Brianna did a great job spraying the yard and getting rid of the bugs. She called to let me know when she would be arriving and came to the door to let me know she had arrived we and what she would be doing.

The technician and the man with him who cleaned the eves did a good job. i would have given him a better review due to my concern below.
My only concern is that the technician did not have his mask on when he first came up to talk to my husband but quickly put it on and kept it on until he finished. The other man that was with him never put a mask on. I have a compromised system and made a decision to self quarantine myself in late February. Please make sure all your technicians wear a mask to not only protect himself but to also protect other.
Sergio did a great job today. He was friendly and thorough. He deserves his bonus.
Rick Wimer was the best Aptive service technician we've had yet. Super personable and informative regarding our recent yellow jacket nest issue. He wasn't at all gun shy about getting close to the nest and used his "puffer" to successfully address the issue. This was five-star service.
That said, I was very disappointed in Aptive's monitoring of reservice requests made via the Aptive Assistant phone app. I made two separate requests for this service via the app, including a detailed narrative description of the issue and a photo, and never heard back so I had to call the customer service number and waited on hold for about 1/2 hour.
