This is the third time your company has been out. Every time you failed to complete the task you explain to us. Every time you failed to have enough mice traps bait traps. Your technician leaving, stating that it's noted and someone will return with additional bait traps. never does anyone return. Now I'm sitting waiting for additional mouse bait traps.

Our service technician Michael Casteel took the time to listen to our concerns and focused on those areas to take care of the spiders, ants & yellow jackets. There was no odor to the solution so we did not have to ventilate our house on a 90+ degree day. Our service went well & we look forward to seeing the results of his efforts.
