The technician did a great job spraying all interior rooms of my home. My only complaint is that he should have been wearing a mask as I immediately started getting the sniffles and a sore throat as soon as he left. I started taking vitamins right away and am ok. This wouldn't have happened if he had been wearing a mask when he came into my home.

Tech had excellent communication skills, he was very detail in his explanation of the problem I was having, on how he could assist in the elimination of my pest. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Job well done.

The service rep, Jay Allee, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and listened to our comments about our needs. His report indicated he was attentive to the issues we needed addressed. We would like him to be our service tech for future visits.
