We have used Aptive for about 2 years. Since having their quarterly service our house and patio areas are relatively bug free.

Tech never left his truck. I was home and when I got notice I called company. Nothing was sprayed. No cobwebs removed. My neighbor also saw this and his cameras showed his treatment was minimal as well. We are cancelling this service and reporting to BBB and State Attorney General.

He was considerate of our request to be called prior to treatment, allowing time for us to raise all our window well covers and get our dog inside. We told him where the problem areas were. Because it had rained he applied a powder but said another liquid application would be done if needed. He also said the bag worm problem on one of our trees could be treated without additional charge.

Aptive employees were very nice and friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable about their services. The link I was sent for the person that applied the treatment did not work.
