I waited ALL day for my technician to come out. About 2:45 pm I received a call that there had been a mix up by the technicians and my tech couldn't find my house so I was given to another tech who was to come between 4 and 6 pm. That person did not show up either. I called Bailey Lampe at 6:05 pm and he was going to have someone come out. At 7:32 pm Shawn showed up. I was apologetic that he had to come so late but he was not upset at all. He did a really good job. He lets me know when he arrives and is going to start his job. Personnel gave thorough explanations and was very personable.
We were pleased with the initial discount.
It was a follow up service, had wasps forming a nest. By time the technician came out they weren't there. We weren't home so he called and we told them were they were spotted days before. He applied to the area and hopefully that's it. No complaints on him, but a suggestion might be, how can I let Aptive see a picture I took showing the exact location? Not sure if I can include it in an email when requesting service?
The technician didn't perform any work at our house yet. I've been here all morning and he hasn't showed up yet.

My dog escaped out the front door when I was talking to the tech. His name is not on your email. He RAN 3 blocks out & 3 blocks back to corral my dog back home. I couldn’t thank him enough 💗
Does not look like any service was done. Front entrance still has spiderwebs all over. Front steps also had webs. Can see other areas also. Do not believe anything was done. I don’t know if he didn’t do the work because I could not get home by 4:00. No one contacted me to let me know that they couldn’t do service because I wasn’t there.
Jen was fantastic! She came late on a Fri afternoon to deal with yellow jackets. She was professional and thorough. We would highly recommend her! Give her a bonus!
