Shawn literally saved this account. We were ready to cancel, and not only did he patiently listen to our complaints (which he profusely apologized for on behalf of the company). He also took the time to walk the yard with me and really understand our problem areas so that he could ensure our needs were met. He was polished, professional, personable, and wore a mask the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the treatment, even identifying areas of concern that we had missed. Very professional and thorough. When Ms.Harper came to my door when finished a wasp flew out of my door decoration. She immediately said “I’ll take care of this” and went to her truck to get some wasp spray.
