Drake Hose was the Aptive that worked on the pests at my home, Drake did the best work and I would give him the highest grades possible. Definitely five star work.
I was not contacted as promised by the service rep, whom I spoke with the day before, when I called to find out what time service was going to be rendered for today. I was informed that the technician would call me an hour out before coming. Not only did I not receive a call, I didn't know the technician came because they never rang the door bell. My home was not treated on the inside and I'm not even sure if the outside was treated due to no contact or knowledge of knowing someone came. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this (supposedly) service today. I rearranged my day to be home and to have this happen is very unprofessional.

I appreciate the work as always but I would appreciate it even more if my backyard gate was closed back. I let my dogs out to do their business and to my surprise they didn't come back. I spent the evening tracking them down. Nothing to report as people are to afraid of them as they are of the pit variety. One being 100 lbs. So please in the future, if you open something, close it back. Thanks.
