Didn't even know when he was here?? Called customer service in the morning to ask when the associate would arrive so that we could show some bugs that we had inside, customer service associate said between 1-3. No one rang the bell and initially we were told they would always let you know when they come.. not really. My son did not go to work entire day waiting for them only to realize later that someone came and did something outside didn't bother to let anyone know and left! I am not at all impressed with companies that make these huge claims and then don't follow through.
A lot of obvious things missed
Wasp nest so big it is pulling shutter of of house
Ants around garage door
Mouse coming in and out of rear
Spider eggs at garage door
I just bought material to treat myself
I paid $150 for nothing and prob $150 3 months ago for nothing
And I was offered a $20 credit
I would not refer and prob going to cancel do to services not recieved
Problems are so obvious
Apparently I have to give two star
Zack was courteous and responsive to all my questions, explained himself well and worked diligently.
He was very polite and answered my extra questions professionally. He definitely should be given the $5 bonus! The link I was sent is broken and didn't work for me.
Very friendly and explain all he was doing and listen to my concerns.

So, whenever I asked a question about a concern, his response was ...not interested in your concern.
Are your shoes clean...as he walks on my Ivory wool rug.....i am sure they are...my shoes are always clean. (He treats the outside of homes....I am sure they are not) Said he doesn't usually wear foot covers.
Did not offer to wear a mask while he was inside the house. Not good.
I watched him treat the baseboards....It was a broad spray about 12" wide....Is that how broad it should be. I thought your treatments inside the house were much more subtle so that we wouldn't encounter the insecticide.

tech was cordial, asked if there were spots that needed extra attention, and provided guidelines to follow for our pets for the lawn treatment provided.
