Brandon was very helpful and knew his stuff. The initial service done last month did not appear to have done anything and bugs and spider webs were still appearing everywhere. Brandon. addressed it properly and said we should definitely see results this time.
Next time make sure Brandon is assigned to our place.
he was very nice a did an excellent job in a timely manner.

Kyle Bradshaw was very professional and friendly. The service has been great and we have had no issues since using Aptive.
Last time on my first treatment there were four men to work around the home. Today I got one man who was here for all of five minutes. For this I have to pay $100.00. Seems like a rip-off to me. I would really like to also know what service you are going to provide in February in the dead of winter for bugs?
Courteous, knowledgeable, quick and thorough. It was a pleasure to have him treat the house.
We’ve been with Aptive for a year now and like the service. Joseph Saronge is our technician. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Love the customer service!
Dallin was nice and friendly, but did a poor job. Didn't knock down spider webs, and sprayed around items outside of house. Called and cancelled my service right after he left. Technician and sales also didn't wear appropriate face coverings required by Oregon law due to COVID-19. Unprofessional and dangerous to interact with customers and not take appropriate precautions.
Not really sure what kind of job was done....the tech was only here for 3 minutes or LESS....there was not enough time to do a proper spray job, even, let alone de-webb or inspect anything like it says he did on the card he left....
Joe was very nice, but did not do a very good job on our spiders. He left several webs behind and did not put spider control in several areas of our deck and front steps. All of this after we spoke to him about the amount of spiders that we have and told him where they are most prevalent. We still have several spider webs on the front and rear of our house.
