Samuel Lewis was my technician and he took time to answer all my questions and provide helpful feedback.
I requested external and internal service because my initial service could not be performed for exterior due to rain. I was told by Sales rep I would be scheduled for both.( I contacted the Sales rep because I was on hold with the office for 40minutes attempting to schedule an appointment. He was nice enough to help and had it scheduled the following day) I called day of service to verify with an agent who also verified I was scheduled to receive both inside and out and tech will come between 1pm and 5pm. The tech arrived after 5pm and stated he was only scheduled for a re-service for only the interior and did not have the chemical he needed with him to perform exterior. The tech did not ...Read More

Hello! Darnell was very friendly and professional. He wore a mask and removed his shoes when coming indoors to treat our home. Initially, i refused service because someone was supposed to call me from Aptive to work out the problems I had from my first service treatment. That never happened. Darnell assured me that if I would let him complete the service and give Aptive another try, that I would be satisfied. I have no problem with the service or professionalism that Darnell provided, however, I am still seeing critters indoors so I need a re-treatment, since this is essentially my first treatment and not my quarterly. I watched as he diligently worked. But here's the thing...
I think the product is weak. I've had two service calls. Still... massive cobwebs. A black widow in a space where I know the tech sprayed and right at the back door under my kids feet! I feel like the company is setting these hard working techs up for failure... because the product just isn't working!!!
Any help would be appreciated.
