i see cobwebs and egg saks everywhere. Nice guy but clearly the product doesn't work or he didn't
very helpful and informative. took time to explain everything and made sure i understood what was happening.
I met Aaron on Thursday night and signed up for service for 1 year. Aaron was very professional and had questions to all answers I had for him. Aaron scheduled an appointment for me on Friday between 8-12. Friday came and Andrew was my service technician. He even was there before 12 :) that is a big plus for me. A lot of technicians say they will be there between certain times and show up late. Andrew was not late he was professional and courteous. Andrew answered more questions that I had and walked me through with exactly what he was going to do. I am excited to see that outcome after the 10 day mark.
Santiago was first class. He removed a HUGE hornets nest which we had found. In full Bee keeping outfit etc, and up an 11 ft ladder. The thing that really impressed was that after taking all the gear off and completing the perimeter service he found two more. One was also big enough to require the full Bee gear again. So back to the truck he went and and put all the safety gear on again. This was the last call of the day and late, it would have been easy to ignore something I did not even know was there and go home but he took care of it. Great job done.
My technician (I don’t have his name) have excellent service. I missed his initial call and knock at the door. He however was able to circle back to provide the service same day. I really appreciated this and it was a good intro of service to come. Thank you!!

Your technician did a fantastic job. Even though he had not been informed that I had an ant infestation he was more than happy to take care of my problem properly and effectively. He definitely deserves to receive a bonus for his service.
