Brian did a good job did not disturb when we were working inside.
I never leave reviews but this is unacceptable.. tried calling 4 different times throughout the day to see when the person would show up and was on hold for 30 minutes each time until finally we got ahold of someone after the supposed service was completed... My whole day off work was wasted because of this. On top of that the technician did not ring the door bell to notify he was here and I got an text notification that service was completed. Go outside to see if he was still there to only find spray on the front door and the technician had left very quickly. I pay for everything to be sprayed not to get half ass treatment of my yard. Worked in the starting rain, no complaining. Treated in the house areas and made good recommendations for specific areas. wore mask correctly.

Erick Esponiza was the tech assigned to me yesterday and I could not be any happier with the service I received from him. He called me early to let me know that his truck did not have the power sprayer, that I had requested and would see if he could get another tech assigned to my job. I asked him to call me back as we got closer to my appt time, just in case no one called, as I still needed to have the inside of my house sprayed. He indeed did follow up as no one called me to schedule another truck. He ended up coming out and sprayed the inside of my house and the outside, best he could. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable and just an asset to Aptive.
