I still had spider webs outside left after the service. This is my last service with you guys. Each time there is tons of left spots.

I’d like for whoever comes to ring the bell or Knock at the door letting us know someone is here! Also I thought I had a treatment a couple weeks ago and this was supposed to be quarterly! The first guy that came over didn’t let us know he was here and my wife got scared. Same with the second! I like to know something was done and I am not just getting charged. I hope you get this. This is making me regret cancelling my previous service for you guys!

Jonathan was very friendly and did a great job removing the spider webs. Appreciate the great job in controlling the bugs and also filling the mouse traps. We really appreciate the wonderful service he provided us today

I signed up with Aptive yesterday by a very professional sales guy Erin. Very professional and detailed oriented in explaining very aspect of the service. I had been looking to sign up with a good company, and he made sure to check mark all the aspects I was looking. He went above and beyond and gave me his mobile number in case I had any issues or question I may have in the future. He arranged for a Service the same day. Technician Jasmine came to service the house. She was polite and professional. Adhered to my request to wear shoe covers and did the job inside and outside pretty well. Keep it up!

Our technician was very thorough & polite, as well as, flexible in his schedule. For some reason, I was not aware that we had a scheduled treatment today and had not paid attention to the text sent by Aptive to remind me of such. Consequently, since my wife had some business calls to attend to, I was able to re-schedule the treatment until later in the day; but, when I came home around 11am from running errands, I noticed the Aptive truck just a few doors down from our home. I walked down & asked the technician to, that if he had time & could complete our treatment before 1pm, would he be able to 'squeeze' our home in. And, he did. I called yesterday, talked to Shelby, told her to cancel schedule appointment for today. I get a text / email saying service completed?, when I clearly called & cancelled that appointment! Why would you still send someone & I said I couldn't pay?? Right now your rated as a F. to still send someone out to force a payment also if I had known that the guy came , I would told him the appoint was cancelled!

The tech was very pleasant and did a nice job. My only issue is all of the hornet nests were not completely removed from the eaves. Not a big deal - let's get them next time.
