I'm having trouble with my computer, it won't stay online for very long. Anyway I wanted to say that I was very pleased with my service provider Tyrone Ferguson when he arrived today. This was our first experience with Aptive and our Service Pro was Ashlynn. We were impressed with this young lady and you should know that she represents your company truly well. She explained what she did and asked if I had any questions. She was very, very thorough. It's impressive to see women working in this field. I give her and the young man who signed me up five stars. Our technician was extremely professional and contacted us before starting our scheduled Aptive service. She specifically inquired about the pest/insect concerns we had relative to different locations within our home. After completing the service, she also explained threshold criteria if we felt any escalation in treatment was warranted and provided specific recommendations as what to expect with additional treatments. Outstanding service!
