I have mice at my house, I tried to call for service many times, but I couldn’t reach any one. Today I had service not include rat& mice . Please advice and how I can reach someone from aptive? Thanks

Although the Technician, Kalon, was outstanding and completed a thorough and proficient job, Aptive has become almost impossible to reach without a 20 minute hold time. Many think the company is out of business and I may be the next to find my pest control service elsewhere if you don't become more accessible. I've been with Aptive since the beginning and regularly referred, but I can hardly continue to do so when you're basically impossible to reach. I don't know if anyone will ever see this since you don't have enough people to even answer calls. Please respond.

He was very helpful and thorough in going through all the areas where I was having an issue with bugs. It was also extremely accommodating to my time frame work and utilized all physical distancing Precautions. I was extremely pleased with the service today
