Manuel was very polite and provide quick service. He made sure he wore protective gear for his benefit and my families. He made sure I understood the process and provided proper documentation for future reference.

I hate to complain but the tech left two gates wide open and even the front screen wide open. I have two puppies which got out on the street and I am in a wheelchair. This made for an terrible afternoon. He also did not have any spray with him only granuals for grass which I don’t have. He also could not spray the patio or screened in porch where I hVe the greatest problem.

I can't ever talk to a person when I try to call. The last service you did I wanted the rats in the attic to be dealt with .Then I get told ya'll don't do attics. That's not what I was told when I signed on .Not happy at all!

I asked the tech to stop what he was doing and if he would spray the back yard because I had to leave and I had the dogs locked in the house and wanted to let them out before I left. He was friendly and agreed with my request. He had to stop what he was doing, mix up the chemicals and spray. Once he was done with the fenced in back yard, he went right back to where he was in the front and continued to wipe down the spiderwebs. He did not seem like it was an inconvenience to change his routine. I appreciate that he was so willing to do as I had requested.
