This guy was awesome, he was really nice and helpful!! Also he spry areas that some of other guys didn't do before !! Very happy with his visit and work
Everything went well and the technician was very professional and answered all my questions.
Missed clearing out areas that have spider webs that I told the representative when the appointment was set. Were these areas even treated? This isn’t the first time dewebbing wasn’t performed correctly if at all
No one came to service my home today. I did not find any postcard stating that someone from Aptive came and treated the exterior either. When I called customer service the first time, the call was dropped and i never received a return call. The 2nd time i called, I spoke with a very friendly agent who informed me that the records show that someone had already come and treated my home. Further investigation revealed that the Aptive field agent was nowhere near my home when he reported that my service was completed and the duration of my service was 1 min. I am so disappointed with Aptive today!

To perform my first service. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain their services and products and what he would be doing. He took the time to answer all my questions and address all of my concerns.

All the technicians that have completed service at my home for Aptive Pest Control have been great. Tom Pellum listened to my concerns, answered my questions and explained what services he performed today. Tom did a great job!
Great job and very informative of everything. I was unable to make sure he got the extra $5 because the page wouldn’t load. But he deserves it.
