Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

Very pleased, he was polite and conscientious of the job he was doing, explained what he was doing
The technician was prompt, professional, forthright, informative, and efficient. He provided a great introduction to the performance of your firm.
The ants and spiders inside our home have decreased substantially and I really don't even notice when the technicians are here. They are quiet but very friendly.
No one was home when the service occurred.
I did not receive any notification that service would be provided on 8/24. I usually receive an email that a tech is coming and/or courtesy call from the technician. The last time I checked the Aptive App, it said that my next regular service was in October.
After we got home, I was surprised to see a note on the front door plus an email that services were provided.
I cannot comment on the professionalism of the tech since i did not have any interaction with them.
However, the professionalism of the company...becoming unimpressed...due to this being the second communications issue that I have had with them.
She was very friendly and informed me what she was going to do. When finished she let me know.
Jason Trocchia was my technician. I loved that he knocked on the door to see if there was anything he should focus on, He took his time and even moved a couple of small things like my broom and shovel out of the way to get behind it. This was the first time I was actually pleased with an in-between visit because he took pride in his work.
Technician didn’t know what type of insect( whether it was a bee or wasp or something else). Also, she didn’t have all the supplies needed to complete the job. And, told me that someone would come back the next day. No one showed up the next day or called me.
Service was great and very thorough! He took the time to go over our needs and we were very happy with his service!
Jordan was very pleasant and professional. He carefully performed the quarterly service. Nice to know the bugs are gone!
He went above and beyond to find the right tool for the job because we had fresh paint he had to work around.
