This was the 1st time you guys came out. The guy was supposed to pellet my yard for fleas and ticks which he didn't do. I guess I made the mistake of telling him I was going back to bed because he was gone in about 15 minutes. Since your service was here mosquitoes and spiders are back. I truly think my business wasn't taken seriously and am angry that I have to pay for 4 more services that will probably be the same.

Technician was here less than 15 minutes. Poor job of sweeping roofline. Bait boxes not filled! My husband was outside the entire time. He was shocked when he realized the technician’s truck was gone. He was sure the bait boxes had not been refilled. He figured out how to open them. Several boxes had no bait in them! Terrible service!!! Will no longer be using this company.

We used your service as precaution and a week after your service we are experiencing lots of ants around our kitchen sink. Also the spider webs have not been resolved either.
