A few days prior to my first treatment, which was scheduled on 8/20/2020, I was contacted by Felix, the service technician, to confirm my appointment. However, without my knowledge, Aptive had later scheduled a different technician to perform my first treatment, and on the day of my appointment this individual did not show up at my house, and never contacted me. Thinking that Felix was the technician who was supposed to come to my house, I contacted him about the missed appointment. Today has been a nightmare from beginning to end. I called Aptive at 8:17 am to report rats inside of my home (a service that I'm supposed to be covered for). The technician came completed unprepared to deal with the situation, showing up with one trap. A trap that is barely functional. He said he would try to reach out to his manager and come back with more traps, either today or during the week. We asked to please call us to follow up, he never did. At around 3:00 pm, I called asking for clarification on what would happen next, and if we were going to be charged extra. It took me 30 minutes of being on hold to then get a callback. He was very cooperative and listen to what I have to say and I was very appreciative of this. He did a great job. When I agree to get your service from Cale Ford, one of the condition was to get my interior done without any extra charge, he assure and promise me that will be the case so I don't understand why I keep on receiving the question after I replied yes. Another complaint is I called yesterday to find out more or less the time they were going to come to perform the service, waited 25 min to talk to someone until I got a recording saying to leave my name and number that they will call me back, They never did. Customer service is what gives you a customer for life.
