The technician was wonderful. He identified himself at our front door and then proceeded to treat our yard. We were sitting on our private patio and the technician did his work without a problem. I had a problem, however, when his 2 supervisors came around the corner of the house. We were not expecting these two individuals so it was a surprise, and frankly, an invasion of our privacy. Unfortunately I was not able to monitor the technician at his job but he was polite, warned me not to let the dog out for at least an hour and asked if we had any problems.
