I was quite impressed with the promptness of my assigned appointment and the young man that represents Aptive. Dindial Mahabir was not only friendly right off the bat, but explained each phase of the job, and quite professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for making me feel safe regarding using this company to control pesky pest.

This comment is not a personal comment against the technician that only serviced the outside of the house -- not the inside where the bugs are. Aptive DID NOT tell me they were scheduled to come to my house, therefore no one was there for the technician to service the interior. This happened the previous time they came also and I had to spend too much time coordinating a time for them to come. Initially they did not come in the agreed upon 4-hour window that they said they would come. I will probably no longer be using Aptive since this seems to be a habitual practice of not caring for the customer. "Fool me once, phooey on you; fool me twice, phooey on me."
