I have already called customer service about this, but he did not treat the back porch, near the foundation or entry ways. I watched him spray around the yard for 2 minutes while on his cell phone and then he left. AND we just realized he left our backyard gate open! We have animals and this could’ve been even worse of a day. Re-service is scheduled for next week— hopefully they will do a better job.

Nathan was great and very professional. He gets the 5 stars but Aptive as a company gets one. I called for 5 days multiple times a day with no call backs and no answers, that is completely unacceptable.

Tony was very thorough and uncovered an ant colony that has been a nuisance. It was in a flower bed and he located it and applied the needed treatment to wipe it out.

He got them NASTY wasp nets. Give hime a $2/hr raise!! He laid down nice barriers around my doors and in my garage, too. Keep them disgusting germ laden cockroaches out of my house.
