Tech was 1 1/2 hours late, missed spider webs around my deck. Didn't give her name, nor did she get with me when service was completed, just got in truck and left. Every other tech got with me when done and asked if there were any new issues.

Twice I had to call customer service about treatment that was not fulfilled, once for initial treatment and the second for the follow-up, but yet I received a bill. Per customer service, treatment was performed at a wrong location, which makes not sense (you have my current address), or you missed my house during your route. Why is it that I have to call Customer Service and spend 10-15 minutes on hold just to get rescheduled after I already had an appointment. Why can’t we call the techs servicing our area? Please make this make sense to me.

Though my appoint was an hour and a half late ( a scheduling issue I think). My technician was very thorough. I appreciate his willingness to do all that I requested.

The technician was very personable and professional. He removed a wasp nest at the house peak that has been there all summer. He noted that he treated for more insects than I don't remember the other techs noting or treating. He did a great job. Thank you.

He left both of my gates open. I nearly lost my dog. Common courtesy says if you open something that was closed you should close it back. If anything had happened to my dog due to his negligence you would be hearing from my attorney rather than myself.

Rigoberto provided fast and friendly service. He accommodated our being home and gave us time to leave the house so he could treat the inside. He also was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding rodent service. We would welcome Rigoberto to continue to service our property.

I waited home all day so I could unlock my fence and pull my dog in if she was out, Imagine my surprise when I got an email claiming these areas were treated today: Back Porch Back Yard Patio Perimeter If you ask me, since I was home all day and not only did I not see anyone nor unlock the fence, but my dog never barked and the fence was locked all day, I'm considering filing a fraud claim and reporting a negative to every social media I have an account with as well as the attorney general.
