He hit problem area and bee problem is handled. He called ahead of time to tell us that he was on his way, and that was much appreciated. He only received four stars because he arrived about an hour after the window of time I was given. That might not be on him, it might be on the scheduler Or something else, but he takes the hit. Making an appointment on time is very important to me.

I was not home but husband was and tech did not spray in the house at all. I was understanding this would be done and according to my husband he did not ask anything about spraying inside. Please let me know if this was or was not part of the plan.
