This is a scam, I declined service. The technician walked away and still sent me a bill which luckily my credit card declined since I have warned them. Shameful! Dishonest company

Unfortunately I was on a conference call and was unable to talk to the rep - used hand motions. I wanted to apologize if he thought I was impolite. I also do not answer the door due to covid19 high risk issues and do have to do almost everything contactless. Again my apologies. Thank you. Ames Household.
