I recently signed up with Aptive and have had had two services to date along with a special visit just today to take care of voles in my yard. Drake was awesome! Very intelligent, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!

Hello, At 7:55am I saw an older tan colored pick up back in to our driveway. It was raining very hard. the pick up backed into the driveway and then immediately left because of the rain. No service had been performed. I didn't know who it was until I received an email on my phone at 9:02am showing the receipt for payment from Active Envirnment for the service done. Please explain!

Jacob Santiago serviced my home today. He was very personable, helpful and professional. He discussed what his treatment would be for the day, and went out of his way to inquire what areas he should pay special attention to, and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this service.
