First, I want to apologize for the delay in submitting this feedback. Mr. Fields provided excellent customer service. He was very professional and arrived on time. Mr. Fields shared with me the areas in my yard that had substantial ant problems. When he treated the inside of my home, he was very neat and didn't spray haphazardly like others have done in the past. I'm glad that Mr. Fields was my service technician and will definitely recommend Aptive Pest Control to others.

Excellent service today performed by Kevin & associate. Very thorough, covered every area; sprayed the entire perimeter of fence (backyard) and the entire perimeter of my house front & back plus used the ‘broom’ tool on all of the eaves. I hope he is the technician that Aptive sends every time! I was very pleased and would recommend you try Aptive if Kevin is the technician. Very good!

Missed many spider webs all over the front of our property. Expectation was that all webs would be cleaned from all windows and lamps on the house.
