Brian is very professional, courteous and well mannered. He provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Brian is an asset to Aptive.
He was great !! Made me laugh .. in crazy times in our country many peoples attitudes are poor .. when he knocked on the door he had a big smile .. that alone said A LOT!! He completed his job in a timely manor keeping that same smile .. it seems small but it meant a lot to me .. thank you for doing a great job and showing such a positive attitude when it’s easy not to

Thomas was great and did an excellent job explaining everything. He had answers to all of my questions and was very informative. We couldn’t of had a better 1st impression than Thomas.

Very professional service , technician called prior to his arrival, treated agreed areas and provided detailed assessment of problematic insects.
It was clear he didn't want to be here. Complained to my husband that he was over worked and given incomplete work orders... Said he couldn't treat the yard for fleas because it wasn't included on the work order, despite my email including concerns of fleas... And when I asked him to re-sweep the eves by the front door where there were visible spiders, he said he did the best he could in the 15 minutes he had. Even though and his partner in the car were on the property for less than 15 minutes. Emailed customer service requesting a reservice to complete the job he refused to do. Please don't send him back.
Be more mindful of the current pandemic situation. Take care of customers addressing specific needs.
need to follow up, as inside property not completed (problem with his equipment) and can we get an update on the rodent traps
