Technician did not leave the mouse box I was charged for and said would be put on left side of house. I looked for it but could not find it. Otherwise did a good job.
I hired your company to help keep my pests under control. I sent several emails over the last month with pictures of spiders and spider webs that have taken over the exterior of my home. I got no response.
After calling in, I had to wait 20 minutes before I talked with someone. They scheduled me for an appointment the next day for 12:30. He told me that his app showed that he was scheduled for anytime between 8am and 8pm. That was a ridiculous time range.
The technician showed up and parked on my lawn though there was plenty of on-street parking. (see attached photo)

Bob arrived and immediately saw that our house was in need of treatment. He looked around the entire house and acknowledged that it was unacceptable in the condition it was. Bob explained what he was going to do and how that would help with our situation. He also explained that with the heat and lack of rain sometimes spider webbing increases. He took his time treating the house which our previous tech did not. Bob was very friendly and gave me confidence that we can eventually have a bug free home. I tried to click the link for him to receive the $5 bonus but it said there was an error in the link so I’m hoping that will be done.
The application was applied just before a massive rain storm in Chardon. Will the treatment be successful after the rain?
Of all the technicians that have serviced our home, John W. is by far the most thorough and professional. He has always provided information as to his findings and when necessary, takes the appropriate steps to remedy any situation he may encounter. I'd like to request that John W. be our regular Aptive technician for service.
Kyle did a great job. He was efficient and friendly and competent. He knew what he was doing.

The technician who came out to our house, was EXCELLENT!!! Extremely professional. Asked questions to make sure he was going to get everything taken care of that needed attention. I would like to request this same technician for our future quarterly pest control appointments.
