We didn't encounter the tech. He rang our doorbell, but I was in the shower and couldn't respond. He only did the front yard, but the back yard was accessible through an unlocked gate, which he apparently didn't bother to try to open. He apparently didn't try calling my cell phone, though I'm pretty sure he had my number. Now he or someone else will need to make a second trip to do the back yard.
The technician did a great job explaining things. I was very satisfied with him and hope he gets to do my next service!!
Clarence was awesome. He had answers to all my questions and gave extra attention to the areas of concern around the outside of the house and screened-in porch. Thanks again folks!
Dear Michael, I can only tell how well you did by what I observe around my house and if I judge by that I would almost guess you never came my front door has no fewer than 5 spiders and there webs living around my door and my back deck also has spiders and webs that are undisturbed . According to the things you say you did when you came out these should have be gone and been brushed away. someone from your company needs to try again. Andnext time I want them to make a appointment so that someone is home when you come out . Im not going to spend 90 dollars for that kind of service. Im sorry I dont like to write bad reviews but this is blatant bad job. Jeff Watroba

Russell James and his partner did a great job for us today. They took care of some extra areas where we have had some problems. Good job!
Kevin did a great job! He took his time and really cleaned all of the webs around the house. He also did a very thorough job of spraying the whole property and checked in with us before he left. Thanks again Kevin!

My technician thoroughly explained what I purchased.
I was ready to cancel my service as I was not truly satisfied that past techs actually did what was promised but this young lady is outstanding. She was incredibly polite and went out of her way )above and beyond) to make sure she took care of everything that was promised. I will cancel my service unless she is the only person that comes back in the future.
