Watching the tech (Jerry) knock down an enormous hornet nest was about the most exciting thing I have watched this year. He did a great job and, as far as I could tell, didn't get stung once! He also treated two other ground nesting wasp hives that we have tried, and been unable to get rid of. Needless to say we are happy with the service and really appreciated his work. Jerry was friendly, courteous, and professional - great job!

I was unfortunately disappointed in my last service. The two techs were nice, presentable and friendly.....however, I had the impression that they rushed the job and the two items I was most interested in, ants and large spider webs, were not addressed properly. They were only here for a few minutes and I asked one of them ( with a giant swab) to check for spider webs and spiders especially on the front porch and rear deck. He even commented that we had large spiders. After they left, I walked out onto the front porch and there were still three large spider webs remaining that I could see. First visit. Quan was very friendly and nice and explained very well what he was going to do in and outside of the house and yard. Quan was kind and professional and did an excellent job. Thank you Quan!
Destiny was great, knowledgeable, smiley, polite, didn’t freak out about the five dogs. I’d request her every time if i could. Best tech we’ve ever had. I’d give her more than a $5 bonus 😜
The technical showed up without prior and proper notice. Did not give me a call a head. He ringed the door bell. I saw him in the camera. I was at the gas ⛽ station, which a 3 minutes away from the house. He was left.
I am not going to accept that as Services. Because really I needed Services inside and back yard more than front.
I have a lot of mice in the house.
He was less than trustful writing the Services notes.
His is excellent . Very good service , detail and he paid attention to spraying in the right place
He did a great job! Went around the house front and back yard and inside the house. ! Very nice and friendly.
Today Daniel did an excellent job, he moved and fumigated the entire affected area, he checked and fumigated trays and spread the area around.
