Prompt, courteous and professional. Donniel explained everything he did in detail. He went over the contract and talked about the future visits. He then proceded to treat the house, again going over what he was doing and what to expect. Excellent service, I would recommend them for pest control.
Jason was very professional and was able to answer all my questions.

This was a call back since the last tech. did not do my 3 car detached garage as per the agreement. The tech. only removed the spider webs on the front of the garage and only sprayed three of the four exterior walls. He did not due a complete spray job of the sky light and the three windows on the South wall of the garage. This company's management team must be providing poor supervision or training to their field personnel. I am glad this plan will only last 12 months.
